Another win, another loss

So Duck or I’ll Hit You In the Face played another excellent game last Tuesday and we destroyed the C U Next Tuesdays 20 - 9. We played on another small court and I think we’re all starting to like it. It was a good game, despite the other team being a little annoying in terms of following the rules. My arm was sore but not nearly as sore as it was during our last game, and I think I might be able to throw as long as I take it easy and warm up properly, so that’s good too.

Unfortunately, we couldn’t ride on our success for too long because I got word from Mike Boon that an injury he’d sustained from running was going to be putting him out for the season. This is our second player lost due to injury and we’re only 3 games in - and people think dodgeball is easy. We’ll miss you Mike!

Our next game is this Tuesday at 8pm. We’re still looking for a guy to replace Mike, so if you feel like playing dodgeball and have Tuesday evenings free, let me know!
